Design Philosophy
The Nua Ultra is shaped around a single principle: that a generous space, when properly considered, should feel quietly composed. A long, well-proportioned volume with full-height panoramic glazing draws the landscape inward, while a restrained palette of warm timber tones, brushed metals and soft ambient lighting establish a calm, residential atmosphere within.
The pod arrives complete — structure, services, fixtures, finishes and smart systems pre-installed, commissioned and ready for connection on site.

Every layer of the Nua Ultra is purpose-built — from the seismic-rated steel chassis to the fluorocarbon-coated aluminium skin.
Inclusive Design
The Nua Ultra is available in an optional barrier-free configuration, developed to provide a comfortable, dignified environment for occupants with limited mobility. The open-plan layout supports straightforward navigation throughout.
Wheelchair-accessible entrance ramp in place of the standard staircase, with widened interior doorways and barrier-free thresholds to all key living areas.
Reinforced support handles, roll-under sink and accessible WC layout. Non-slip flooring throughout circulation and wet areas.
Voice-activated controls for lighting, climate and security enable independent operation of all key systems — no physical reach required.
Interior Finishes
The standard Nua Ultra interior is finished to a refined, neutral palette. Bespoke configurations — from layout adjustments through to alternative finishes, joinery and furnishings — are developed in consultation with each client.
Walls
Bamboo-charcoal composite panelling for a warm, calm interior with passive air-quality benefits.
Ceiling
Brushed aviation-grade aluminium panelling, seamless and light-reflective.
Flooring
SPC stone-polymer composite inside; WPC timber-look composite to the balcony.
